OCT Club is an educational website providing uninterrupted service for about 11 years. Its aim is to increase the knowledge level of ophthalmologists about most important imaging methods such as OCT and OCT-Angiography. The website is available to all ophthalmologists interested in OCT and OCTA.

In addition to the educational section "QUESTION and ANSWER of the MONTH", there are also pages such as "OCT in DIAGNOSIS" that can be used by ophthalmology residents, "CASE REPORTS" section with questions and answers from the past years, "OCT NEWS" and "RESEARCHS in the AREA of OCT" including various retinal cases.

Physicians can participate by answering the "QUESTION of the MONTH" section, which is mainly prepared using the "Istanbul Retina Institute’s" image archive. At the end of each month, as a result of the lottery drawn among those who answered the question correctly, a colleague will win the book award with the theme "Istanbul". Regular announcement e-mail is delivered at the beginning of each month in order to promote the updated sections on the website.

In addition to www.octclub.org, Istanbul Retina Institute continues its educational activities via the "instagram.com/octclub" page on Instagram. Apart from these activities, retinal cases are also presented to ophthalmologists via "instagram.com/istanbulretina". More than 12,000 ophthalmologists are still following the "instagram.com/istanbulretina" page, the majority of followers are ophthalmologists from other countries.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Işıl Sayman Muslubaş and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mümin Hocaoğlu are the editors of the website and Instagram pages. We hope this website and / OCTCLUB Instagram page will be helpful to ophthalmologists.
