Melinda et al. found in their study that OCT-angio (OCT-A) precisely showed the foveal and peripapillary vascular reduction in migraine patients with aura. The lack of vascular changes in patients with migraine without aura compared to the normal group increases the meaning of their studies. As a concussion, Melinda et al., stated that OCT-A can be a good biomarker for retinal vascular complications that may develop later for such patients.
